ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding national holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
The total estimated delivery time for your order includes both handling and shipping times. Please refer to the breakdown below:

Total estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you do not see the tracking link, please check your spam or junk folder.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Personalized or customized orders may take additional time to design before shipment, depending on the complexity.

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.


SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We currently ship within the United States. However, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

  • Guam, US Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations


ORDER TRACKING
After you receive your order confirmation email, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. You will then receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 3–7 days to update after your package is picked up by the carrier.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed shipments. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Packages returned to sender and disposed of by shipping carriers

  • Loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect the package after it has left our warehouse

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
