ORDER EXCHANGES
To ensure a smooth transaction, please double-check all details of your order—such as size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase.
We are unable to process exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout.
However, if you need to make changes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct information.
If you require help, our support team is ready to assist you.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Within 4 hours of placing your order
    You may cancel your order within this window. After that, your order may have entered the production stage, and cancellation might no longer be possible.
    To request a cancellation, please contact us via email as soon as possible.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After this period, the sale is final and refunds will not be issued.
Returns and refunds are accepted in the following situations:

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken

  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from what you ordered

  • Receipt of the wrong item

  • Products that significantly differ from the description

Items not eligible for return or refund include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with defects not due to our error

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Items with minor thread or stitching issues that are easily fixable

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


REFUND CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To request a refund, please provide:

  • A copy of the shipping label or receipt

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

  • Photos or videos of defects or issues

  • Screenshots of any related communication or email correspondence

Send your refund request to [email protected] with the required documentation. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Only ship the item back after you receive a confirmation email from us with the return instructions and address. Be sure to include the tracking number from the carrier.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not see it after this time, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

  • The return window is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during the return process

  • Returns or refund requests that do not meet the requirements will be declined
