Order Cancellations & Modifications

• To cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us within 4 hours of placing the order.

• We offer a short grace period to allow changes before the fulfillment process begins.

How to request a change or cancellation:

• Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.

• Or email us directly at [email protected] within the 4-hour window.

After 4 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

• Shopsgab is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.

• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
